The My work items sub menu sections in the vertical slider menu are the only sections in the system where cases can be accessed and worked on. These sections will contain only those cases that have been allocated to the logged on user and are still in progress. No two user’s work item sections will contain the same cases.

 

All other case sections in the vertical slider menu are for viewing purposes only.
