Filter icons are found on the grids in the Navigation Console sub-menu – My Cases.

 

If a filter icon is situated at the top of the grid column then that column can be filtered.  If a filter icon is not situated at the top of the column then that column cannot be filtered.

 

Click on the filter icon on the column that is to be filtered.

Click the down arrow next to the filter icon and this will automatically present all the filter criteria available for that column. Select the applicable filter criteria and press enter. The filtered results will be presented in the associated grid.
