These search fields are accessible in the “My Work Items” sub-menus.  The function is located at the top right of the grids in the sub-menus. This function is used for searching various fields.

The grid filter function can be used to filter for the text listed under any of the column headings in the associated grid.  Enter text in the grid filter function. Example:- filter the grid for an employee, enter a surname.  As the employee surname is entered letter by letter, the results will be dynamically filtered. The filtered results will be presented in the grid.  Filtering can be conducted on all the available text in that grid.

As more letters are entered in the search case function the more defined the search results become.
