Often the full case history of an employee is required in order to consider progressive discipline and consistency issues. The “Misconduct Progression” feature accumulates and presents all the information related to the employee as well as information about similar cases in the company.
Click on the “Misconduct Progression” button.
Select a “Nature” from the dropdown and click on “Continue”.

3)System Suggested Procedure and Sanction
Click on “Close” when completed.
