Often the full case history of an employee is required in order to make informed decisions. The linked case feature accumulates all the assocuiated cases togther for ease of reference.

 

A case can be linked to any other erNavigator case for the same Employee.  Click on the “Link Case” button.

All associated cases for the employee will be listed in the grid.  Each case can be viewed by clicking on the “View” button.

 

To link one or more cases, tick the “Select” field of each case to be linked.  Mutiple cases can be selcted to be linked.  Click on “Link” then “Close” to complete the function.
