If an Employee is suspended through the Employee File, before the case is created, the suspension can be linked to the case once it is created.
To link a Suspension record from the Employee file, click on the “Link Suspension History” function button in the case.
The screen will open in a pop up window. The suspension history for the Employee will be listed in the grid. The details of each suspension record be viewed by clicking on the “View” button.
Open or Save the file as required.
The suspension letter will be opened or saved.
To link this record, click in the corresponding radio button in the grid, then click on the “Link Current Case to Selected Suspension” button.
The current Case Number will be inserted in the “RefNo” field. Repeat the process to link it to other records if required. Click on “Close” to close the pop up.
