The erNavigator will automatically allocate a unique 7 digit case number to each case. The case number will comprise one alpha character followed by 6 numeric characters. The alpha character represents the erNavigator module that the case relates to as follows:

I = Incapacity

D = Dispute Resolution

O = Operational requirements

T = Workplace Forum and Trade Unions

Only in the instance of Conflict Management cases will the 7 digit case number have an extension – the case number will be followed by either:-.

-G for grievance cases

-C for complaints cases

-W for whistle blowing cases
