This menu item is used to search for Cases using the case number in order to view case information.
Click on "Search Cases" on the Menu.

Select from the “Process Type” dropdown.

Enter the case number. Click on Search. The search results will display below.

To see details of the case, click on “View”.

The case details will be displayed.
Click on the bold “View” buttons for additional information.
Case Tools relating to the case can be viewed in the bottom section.
Audit Trail – a list of all Processes performed in the case, by Date and Time, the Action, who it was performed by, and Comment.
Documents – all attachments for the case. These can be viewed or deleted.
Case Notes – all notes made on the case. These can be printed.
Case Emails – all emails pertaining to the case. They are listed by “Waiting to be Emailed”, “Sent Items” and “Case Email Items”
Tasks – Tasks can be sorted by Overdue, Due and Completed. Tasks can be added
Meetings - details of any meetings scheduled through the case
Checklist - the checklist that was completed on the case
Allegations - the description of the case
Suspension - any suspension details of the employee linked to the case
Key Elements and Suggestions - the selected procedure, sanction and suggestions on how the case should proceed
