All outstanding Classications in cases are listed in a Classification grid situated on the Menu, under My Work.
If there are no outstanding Classifications, Classifications will not be present on the Menu.
Cases can be classified based on pre-defined criteria for example high, medium or low risk. The user would access the classification grid, select the Classification to be completed.
Click on “Complete”.
A pop-up will open. Enter the Date and Classification Number and click on “Complete Classification”.
The case will move out of the classification grid.
