This section displays cases in progress only i.e. cases that are still being worked on, which means the case will also be in a users worklist.
To view cases, click on the "Find by Division" button, select the Division from the dropdown. See section Employee Search and Find by Division on how to use this function.
The cases will display in the grid.
To view the details of a case, click on the "View" button on the right of the grid. The case will display.
Scroll down to see the Case Tools. Various details of the case can be accessed from here, including the Audit Trail, Documents and Suspension details. For more information on this function See Section Search Cases.
