The user role allocated to a system user will define the home page that appears on login. Depending on the user role allocated the home page will be the “My Work Summary” page (see My Work) or “My Worklist“ (see Worklist) page.

 

Or specially identified user roles may also be re-directed to a specialist home page other than the My Work page or the Worklist page. These specialist home pages generally mirror the company’s own intranet portal look and feel. Specialist user home pages are usually available for Line Managers and Employees.
