These can be tailored by the Organisation to guide the user through the process of a case and making decisions on the way the case should be handled. Click on "Process and Decision Guides" on the menu.
Select from the available tabs.
Select the applicable option from each section.
Click on "Next" to go to the next stage or "Reset" to start again.
Complete each page, click on "Next" after each one.
Once all pages have been read and all the questions answered, click on "Finish".
A summary of the Decision Guide will be displayed. This summary can be printed from the browser by scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on the "Print" button.
Close the browser to end.
