Editing entries in Calendar

A user who has the permission to “edit my entries” can right click on their own existing calendar entry and will have the option to edit or delete that calendar entry.
 
A user who has the permission to “edit other user’s entries” can right click on an existing entry that was created by another user and will have the option to edit or delete that calendar entry.

 

A CCMA Notification will appear in Light Blue and cannot be edited.

 

An appointment in Pink cannot be edited.

 

Another users item that has been marked not to be edited will appear in Beige and cannot be edited.

 

My item and another users item appearing in Lime Green can be edited.
