Conflict Management

To capture a new Conflict Management case, click on the Conflict Management item under “New Cases” in the Menu.

 

Select the Category and SubCategory from the dropdown.  Select the date from the Calendar pop up.  Select Nature from the dropdown.  Note the fields that are mandatory.

Note that the screen layout may differ slightly depending on the SubCategory selected.  Complete as required.

 

Search for an Employee, either using the QuickFind buttons (See QuickFind for more information on how to use this feature), or by selecting “Division” and then “Employee” from the respective dropdowns.

Select “Employee Against”, by clicking on the arrow to the right and selecting the Division from the dropdown, or by using the Employee QuickFind buttons.

After selecting the Division, select one or more of the Employees on the left, and click on the arrow to the right, to move them into that section.

The rest of the fields are free text fields.  Complete as required, noting that some fields are mandatory.

Click on the “Grievance Form” button.  A new browser (pop up) window will open.  Open or save each file.

Click on “Close” to leave the form without saving or “Continue”.

 

Complete the rest of the fields.  The “HR Representative’s Contact Details” need to be completed.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on “Continue”.
